You may certainly pick your meals from my suggested menus.   However, I will provide an initial complimentary consultation where we will go over your needs, allergies, dietary restrictions, likes, and dislikes.  From our meeting I will put together a custom menu either for daily meals, weekly meals or for biweekly meals, which you will approve and then we proceed from there.
